How can we help your pool?

  • ACID WASHING IS a process where chemicals, mainly hydrochloric acid (also known as muriatic acid), are combined with water and sprayed onto your pool’s surface to remove any grime and build-up.

Pool stains and algae build-up can cause your pool to look dirty. Not only will your pool not be enticing to swim in, but you also won’t want to lounge by the pool and look at the discolored and dirty looking pool while you try to relax.

Whether you have a plaster pool or a pebble pool, different types of algae and staining will occur. STAINS CAN BE CAUSED BY many things, such as magnesium (can cause discoloration such as pink, red, and even black), copper (occurs when your pool’s water source comes from well water - stains can be blue, green, and black), and most commonly - algae growth (can cause health issues along with clogged pool filters).

Not all pools are a good candidate for acid washing, so please reach out for an evaluation to see if an acid wash is the right choice.

  • We provide media blasting services to remove the calcium build-up from your tile and other surfaces able to withstand the media blasting process.

Our team uses commercial grade equipment to remove the calcium build-up, and provides unique clean-up services following the removal process. Unlike many others in the industry, our team remains onsite and/or returns the following day to ensure your pool and deck space is as close to perfectly clean as possible.

PRO TIP: Unsightly white calcium build-up on your water line? That build-up will also cause lasting damage to your tile if left too long. It is recommended to keep up on tile cleaning every few years (depending on how rapidly your build-up progresses).

  • It’s important to keep your equipment up-to-date in order to have your pool and spa running at optimal performance.

  • If you own a swimming pool or spa, it’s essential to prioritize safety and accessibility for all users. We’re here to make sure you’re able to enter your pool with ease and comfort.

Handrails are a practical and necessary feature that can make a significant difference in the security of your pool or spa. They provide physical support when entering and exiting your pool and offer additional benefits including helping those with physical disabilities.

There are many designs to choose from, so give us a call and we’ll discuss what best suits your needs.

  • MASTIC IS the expansion seal (a waterproof, putty-like adhesive) in between your pool’s coping and the surrounding deck. We perform mastic replacement services to bring your seal up to par.

THE PURPOSE of mastic is to keep the water out. Allowing water to enter the expansion joint area can cause soil movement, which causes pool or deck movement, and can lead to cracks in the deck and/or rising of the deck or pool.

Mastic SHOULD BE REPLACED WHEN you notice it to be peeling, cracking, and/or badly receding (pulling away from the coping or deck). In addition to the obvious signs of wear on the mastic itself, some other indications of failing mastic might be pool tiles falling off, cracks in your deck, or rising of the deck.

  • We perform minor repairs on the pool surface including patching plaster where there has been either popping or a rust spot in need of removal. We will do our best to match the existing plaster color.

  • Are you having tiles fall off from your pool or spa? We’ll evaluate the area(s) of concern and determine how many of the surrounding tiles also need to be repaired. It is typical that all the immediately surrounding tiles will be removed and included in the repair. Once one tile falls off, usually the ones around it are only being held together by the grout and are no longer attached to the thin set.

Please reach out to us to discuss other types of tile repair needs.
